Free landlord compliance reminders

An expired gas safety certificate or EICR is a fine waiting to happen, and most self-managing landlords track these dates in their head. Enter yours once and we'll email you 30 days and 7 days before each deadline, plus a heads-up before your annual rent review window opens.

What you'll be reminded about

  • Gas safety certificate (CP12): a gas safety check is required every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
  • EPC: you must have an Energy Performance Certificate to let the property; each certificate is valid for 10 years.
  • EICR: the electrical installation must be inspected and tested at least every 5 years.
  • Rent review: for a periodic tenancy the rent can normally only be increased once every 12 months, so we remind you when your window is about to open.
