Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Landlord Paperwork Pack and any other digital products sold on SelfLandlord (https://selflandlord.com).
Digital Products
The Pack is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive instant access to the files, by completing your purchase you agree that delivery begins right away and you acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel for digital content under UK consumer regulations once the download has started.
Our Goodwill Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the Pack does not download correctly, is corrupted, or is materially not as described, we will fix the problem or give you a full refund.
If you are simply not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence the files have been fully downloaded and used.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a short note about the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
