Refund Policy

This policy applies to the £9 Landlord Paperwork Pack, the £19 RRA Compliance Pack and the Tenancy Compliance File sold on SelfLandlord (https://selflandlord.com).

Our 14-day refund promise

If you buy the £9 or £19 pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you buy the Tenancy Compliance File, you can ask for a full refund within14 days of delivery. No reason is needed.

This refund promise does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
